This waterfall in southeast Iceland, flows down a ridge along route 939, a steep winding road that cuts over the mountains above Berufjörður fjord.

    Was it taken with an ND filter?

    It was, I use a ten-stop ND filter for these daylight long exposures. This one was six seconds.

    Nice, which camera have you used for that. Your rolleicord? or is the square format just a crop?

    Thanks Xavier, I used a Canon 5d mk2 and took two images on location because I know I wanted a squarer frame for this scene. Each image was vertically offset then blended them together in PS. It's like producing a panorama but vertically, a vertorama :)
