I really like how you just got the one smiley balloon full on in the bottom photo, it makes for a very strong composition. And as Tom Clark stated, the out of focus background is perfect.

The Sigma 20mm f/1.8 is a great lens for getting close up and wide with a big aperture, until I can afford a Canon 24mm f/1.4 at least!
