The clock tower on Toronto's old City Hall. The blur is generated by Alien Skin's Bokeh plugin, which is the first plugin I've seen that can even semi-realistically produce out of focus highlights. I used the same plugin to produce a fake tilt and shift look in the previous post.

A small group of photobloggers have started a "Photoshop Tennis" group on Facebook where we're each interpreting a single original RAW file every week. Have a look at our fifth game here.
