I've seen a handful of pictures of the Toronto's skyline taken from this same vantage point over the past few weeks, but yours stands out for the feeling of movement in the clouds. It adds a really nice effect.
Is this a long exposure? It's really wonderfully dramatic, especially with the subdued palette, and you did a great job handling the exposure. I wonder what kind of cloud that is. Snow flurries?
