Um hum...like this a lot. It has that miniature, unreal quality to it, and the colors are so beautifully pastel, like a polaroid. I also wonder how the wheelbarrow got there considering it's missing the enabling half of its name.
I love the warm feeling of the colors. May I ask which filter you used or how you achieved it? I have seen this filter on few video clips as well and I love it.
The blur works well. That, combined with the tones, give it that lovely retro (I don't like the over-usage of that term, but I was stuck for any other) feel.
