Shot of the daySerial Photographer
That's fantastic Miles, the hint of you and the other two.
Cool. Especially like the composition and being able to see the barber in the mirror. Also all the photos and stuff on the counters is a nice touch.
Wow, really excellent. The colors, composition, and especially the slight blur are really great. Jason is right, all of the small details on the counter and in the mirror really make this shot exceptional.
Very nice, Miles. Excellent colors and composition.
Like a piece of passing history. Makes me wonder who the last person was that sat in the chair...A wonderful unfinished tale.
Nice to see you too!
I like the muted color palette; reminds me of the barbershops I was in as a kid.
Beautiful shot Miles; loads of storytelling and character!
i love this! I've always wanted to do a babershop photo series.
This has a great timeless feel to it. Love teh warm, earthy tones.
This might be one of my favourite photos of yours Miles. The tones, the subject. I love it all!
nice how you kept the chair sharp and the reflections in the mirror a bit blurry
Woah, the colors are amazing. The focus is spot on too. Love the mood in this.
Superb ! Too good !
Miles I love the inclusion of the barber and customer, the chair takes centre stage and draws you in, and you just in frame, but not obtrusively, love the processing also which emphasises the 40's 50's feel, it just drips with nostalgia, thanks for the link....
So typical barber mood, very well composed with all these elements and a nice detail of yours ;-)
I like this atmosphere ! Great idea to show us the barber in the mirror. Maybe I make a mistake, but, is that you, in the mirro on the left ?
Great tones and detail. I particularly like the inclusion of the barber and his customer.
Nicely done! Great tone! Corrado's at Bathurst/Richmond, right?
Lovely job. Real piece of history.
Greg, this is Corrado's, great barber :)
I love this. Nice angle to the shot, and the colours are beautiful - muted and yet strong enough to tell a story themselves.
you did it :-D
I love it.
I really like this shot, Miles. I've been thinking of doing a barbershop series of empty shops, lit at night. I really like the guy's reflection in the mirror and the fact that you chose to leave it out of focus to focus on the chair. Nice work, as always.
I could not decide which photo to comment on because my comment is for all of your photos... they are brilliant and I love them. I found them on stumble and I really want to see more! and more.. and more....
