Miles this is a wonderful shot, I love the almost tactile feel this has on the screen, the colours are superb, I can almost smell the oil and grease!!!!
Miles, this is awesome. Everything about it suggests industrial wasteland, but the glow of the engine's front light suggests otherwise. It's like you snuck up and caught the cast of Toy Story shutting down as you entered. Amazing. A favorite for sure!
Nice shot. Beautiful lighting. I was there for the Open Doors Toronto event and wish I had my tripod (or at least an IS lens) to better capture the place. Loved it there. Hope to see some more of your shots of the Roundhouse.
I was responsible for getting the roundhouse open for Doors Open Toronto and making that headlight work. So glad you were able to visit. The roundhouse is now leased, if a special photo visit inside is needed contact me soon before the opportunity disappears.
