No Brakes - canon 20d w/50mm

Sorry for the lack of updates, time just isn't on my side at the moment.

This shot is the same subject that Carrie posted a while ago. I liked her shot so much I looked for the bike next time I was on Ward's Island.

I visited Rannie's opening this past weekend to meet lots of nice people and see his Toronto Squared exhibition. If you're in Toronto check it out, the exhibition runs to June 6th at Le Petit Déjeuner.

I like how the tight focus and strong color contrast firects all of your attention to the trike.

I have no idea how you managed to find this bicycle, but congrats! must have took some detective work indeed! maybe you could do with a monocle????

Great shot, and a lovely feel to it :)

Lovely warm feeling to this one. The background is messy, but as such serves as a contrasting backdrop for the clean simple colour of the bike frame.

I like the lights and the focus. I think I would have cropped the left side, it makes the shot a bit uncentered, with the bike pointing to right.

(You'll have to excuse my english, it gets weird when I try to explain myself.)

I love this type of photography. Congratulations. It can make us think what's behind this frame.

Very nostalgic, although our bike seats weren't padded so well back then.

You made the bike look so tiny! Ah, remember the good old days... I love the DoF you got -is it natural or photoshopeed? BTW, thanks for the shot of the day! :)

Lovely looking bike. My youngest has just learnt to ride, the stabilisers went in the bin last weekend. A great feeling of freedom.

Great shot - has a really sentimental feel - made me think of when I was a kid - I had a simialr bike - I think we all did - great stuff -
