We have been maintaining others’ code since 2010 as part of Shore Consulting Group. In 2015, it was identified that the work we did deserved its own brand and marketing activity for a larger demographic audience, and so Prideaux was launched as an AMS brand.
We work closely with our clients to ensure that our processes align well with theirs. We also provide leadership by starting from a base of well-established processes and templates that help our clients see improved speed, performance, and satisfaction from their AMS initiative. Our standard engagement follows these steps: Analysis, Transition, Maintenance, and Support. This is done from the top-level Organization viewpoint, and gets granular to the Application-level viewpoint. Sometimes there’s a Departmental unit that deserves its own series of steps as well.
